With global warming, the current temperature is becoming hotter and sunscreen (or sunblock) is often needed to protect our skin. It absorbs or reflects sun’s ultraviolet radiation that can cause sunburn for short term and cancer for longer term if our skin is exposed to long. Most commercial sunscreen can be toxic if we use it often, so homemade sunscreen is the best option for now.
I found a recipe of making homemade sunscreen bars that is really easy to made. It is also more natural and easy to apply to skin. You need only a few things: coconut oil, beeswax, cocoa butter/mango butter, and zinc oxide.
